Keri Fryer has real estate in her veins. Originally from Missouri, she was inspired early on by her mother, a top producing Realtor in the St. Louis market. This inspiration led her to realize her fascination with the real estate field, and her passion for being of service to others. Given this background, Keri became licensed in 1993 and learned everything she could about real estate, from paperwork to flipping houses. Keri graduated from the University of CO at Boulder with a degree in Business and Marketing, after which she decided to use her sales strengths in the technology/software industry. A western calling lead her to California, where laid her roots and started a family.

Keri has a very “whole” approach to every aspect of her life. In 2016 she became a certified health coach, allowing her to help and understand others at an even deeper level, in order to guide them on a path of personal success. In her own personal life, Keri loves spending time with her husband of over 20 years and their two sons, both students at San Ramon Valley High School. Together they enjoy snow skiing, water skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, cooking, and being active in their local community, volunteering for groups such as Special Olympics, Rooms of Hope and One Warm Coat.
Stefanie Passey is a true advocate for her clients. Before becoming a licensed realtor in 2004, Stefanie worked for Fortune 500 companies such as General Mills, Inc. in logistics/operations, and as a Sales Executive for Xerox Corporation. This combined with a BA in Business Administration from Michigan State University with a focus on Supply Chain Management/Operations has equipped her with a phenomenal eye for detail and top negotiating techniques. Along with her strong work ethic, Stefanie is an invaluable resource to buyers and sellers, working tirelessly on their behalf to ensure that every goal is successfully met.
After raising her two children, Stefanie chose to partner with Dudum Real Estate Group, because of their uniquely collaborative and supportive culture, as well as their involvement with the local community. She is incredibly passionate about the Bay Area, having relocated here in 1997 from Michigan. From the incredible culture, climate, and diversity, to the endless array of things to do, she is proud to be a Bay Area resident.
When she is not working with clients, Stefanie loves spending time with family and friends, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors hiking, biking, running, playing tennis, traveling, yoga, or wine tasting in Napa.

As the leader of the Concierge division at Tonopalo Private Residence Club, a high-end fractional ownership property for many years, Daniel has gained extensive knowledge of luxury lakefront properties. In his free time, Daniel enjoys trail running and paddle boarding with his dog, Diggy, and volunteers teaching people with disabilities how to ski at our many surrounding ski resorts.
